You know that kid who never stopped asking why? That was Kevin. And asking why—finding out why something works and how to make it better—still drives him to this day. His curious, contagious spirit is what helps him create meaningful experiences for the world’s most progressive brands, from HBO, FOX and the NFL to Heineken and Coca-Cola. It’s also what led Advertising Age to award his New York-based culture marketing boutique A-List Agency status for four years running.

At NCR, Kevin reports to the Chief HR Officer and partners with the Global Talent and Marketing organizations to help transform NCR culture and create more meaningful experiences for employees. Using his unique experiential storytelling approach, he’s helping propel a global culture transformation by leading employer branding initiatives and participating in thoughtful designs and redesigns of NCR's recruitment, onboarding, talent management, leadership development and learning experiences.

Fun facts:

  • Worked with JK Rowling on the first Harry Potter film release in collaboration with Warner Bros. and Coca-Cola
  • Created an award-winning Game of Thrones experience for HBO that culminated in a castle takeover with over 60 live actors, performers and servers
  • Executive produced The Nissan Challenge, a FOX Sports reality series, that led to a sold-out World Cup-themed match at the Home Depot Center
  • Loves getting his hands dirty—literally—as an avid gardener, nature hiker, bicyclist and environmental volunteer
  • Lives in midtown Atlanta with his husband Rob and their Great Dane, Apollo Dean
